At HEEL-O®, we want you to feel confident about your purchase and understand what to expect from the moment you place your order. Because HEEL-O offers both products available for regular purchase and a Founding Circle package containing a pre-order product, shipping and return terms differ depending on what you purchase.

HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL™ CALMING HYDRATION RITUAL

The HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL™ Calming Hydration Ritual includes:

HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL™ Calming Hydration Balm and the 17.5-Inch Ritual Applicator, sold together as one set.

A standalone purchase of the HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL Calming Hydration Ritual does not include HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks or any other future HEEL-O garment.

Shipping: Orders for available HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL products will be processed and shipped within the time frame displayed during checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided with your order. Tracking information will be included when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside HEEL-O's reasonable control.

NOTE: Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL RETURNS

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

We hope you love your HEEL-O purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return of an unopened and unused HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL™ Calming Hydration Ritual within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact customerservice@heel-o.com within 10 days of delivery and include your name and order number. Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Because HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL Balm is a personal-use cosmetic product, opened or used balm is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. This change-of-mind policy does not affect claims involving products that arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, or any rights provided by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@heel-o.com as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 5 days. Please include your order number and, when helpful, photographs showing the issue and packaging.

We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until we have responded, as photographs or additional information may be helpful when resolving a shipping claim.

PRODUCT REACTIONS OR SAFETY CONCERNS

If you experience an unexpected reaction while using HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL Balm, discontinue use. For a product-safety concern, please contact us at customerservice@heel-o.com and provide your name, order number if available, and information about what occurred. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate medical care rather than waiting for a response from HEEL-O. A product-safety concern will not be denied consideration simply because the product has been opened.

The $150 HEEL-O Founding Circle is different from a standalone HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL purchase.

Ships separately when available:

HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks — Founding Edition

Your HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL Balm and Ritual Applicator will be processed for shipment after your Founding Circle purchase is completed. You do not need to wait for the HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks to receive these products.

The HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks are currently in development and will ship separately. HEEL-O expects to fulfill the sock component within six (6) months of your Founding Circle purchase date.

There will be no additional shipping charge to the customer when the Founding Edition HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks are subsequently shipped. We will communicate important Founding Circle order and development information using the email address provided with your purchase.

THE SIX-MONTH PRE-ORDER WINDOW

We expect to fulfill your Founding Edition HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks within six months of your Founding Circle purchase. If circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling the socks within that six-month period, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide the options required by applicable law. Depending upon the circumstances, this may include an opportunity to consent to a revised shipment time frame or cancel the unfulfilled sock portion of your order and receive the applicable refund.

IF THE SOCKS CANNOT BE FULFILLED

For purposes of the current $150 Founding Circle offer, HEEL-O has allocated $59.99 of the purchase price to the HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks.

If the HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL Balm and Ritual Applicator have already been fulfilled but the HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks cannot be fulfilled within the stated six-month period, and you do not consent to an applicable extended shipment period, HEEL-O intends to refund: $59.99 plus applicable tax attributable to the HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks, subject to any greater refund required by applicable law. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment whenever reasonably possible.

FOUNDING CIRCLE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a Founding Circle purchase depends upon whether any portion of the package has already been fulfilled. If you request cancellation before any merchandise has shipped, please contact us at customerservice@heel-o.com. If the HEEL-O® NIGHTWELL Balm and Ritual Applicator have already been shipped or delivered, the Founding Circle order has been partially fulfilled. The unfulfilled HEEL-O® Overnight Hydration Socks remain subject to the pre-order provisions above and applicable law. Returns of merchandise already delivered are subject to the applicable return provisions on this page.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS UPDATES

If you notice an error in your order or shipping address, contact customerservice@heel-o.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or redirected after it has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. After HEEL-O processes a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. We will send confirmation when a refund has been processed.
